Signs and Symptoms
Extreme Jealousy & Control – They isolate you from friends, family, or activities and constantly check up on you.
Insults, Belittling, & Humiliation – They demean or shame you—especially in front of others.
Financial Control – They take your money, refuse to provide for basic needs, or monitor your spending.
Intimidation & Threats – They use threatening looks, words, weapons, or destroy your belongings.
Physical or Sexual Coercion – They pressure, force, or guilt you into unwanted sexual activity or use physical violence.
Gaslighting & Manipulation – They twist reality, deny past events, or make you feel like everything is your fault.
Blaming Others – They take no responsibility for their actions and blame you or their past relationships.
